DocWeave writes the first draft of your steps
- Steps describe themselves — record an SOP and each capture arrives already written: Click "Save", Enter the value in "Sold-to party". The field name and transaction code are filled in too, so you correct a draft instead of writing from nothing.
- Keyboard actions too — press F4 in an SAP field and you get Press F4 in "Material", read from the control that had focus. Record on Enter, Tab, Esc and F1–F12 — the keys ERP work actually uses.
- Troubleshooting and UAT blocks — error, cause, resolution and prevention; and test cases with expected and actual results, pass/fail and a defect reference with a running tally.
- Translate a document into any language — creates a translated copy using your own Google API key. Your screenshots never leave your computer; only text is sent, and you confirm every time.
- System details on any step — transaction code, menu path, field, sample value, expected result and a warning, printed under that step in every export.
- Alternative text for screenshots — written into every export, so a document works with a screen reader — and flagged before you export if the course is marked as needing to be accessible.

A tidier canvas and a calmer step editor
- More room to work — the thin readiness bar across the bottom of the canvas is gone; it only repeated the readiness score already shown in the status bar.
- Readiness, all in one place — hover the readiness score for the top ways to raise it, and click "weakest screen" to jump straight to the screen that needs the most attention.
- The step editor leads with what you edit — Title and Description sit at the top; step-numbering controls tuck behind a collapsible section that opens automatically for steps that restart numbering.

Safer editing — undo/redo that actually works
- Undo/redo in text boxes — type in any step box, caption, or table cell and Ctrl+Z undoes it, Ctrl+Y redoes.
- Undo no longer loses work — undoing a delete or move used to wipe edits made afterward and bring deleted screens back. Every edit is now tracked, so undo steps back one action at a time.
- Drag multiple screens at once — select several items and drag to reorder them together, in one undoable move.
