Screen recording, comment-only highlights & smarter flowcharts

Record the screen, not just capture it — record a region, a window, or the full screen (with optional audio) straight into your document — it plays back in HTML export and Present mode.
Highlight a field without adding a step — mark a "Note" — highlight and comment on a field that shouldn't count toward your step total, styled like a step callout everywhere it appears.
Tidier flowcharts — one-click Auto-arrange lays out nodes automatically, edges route more accurately, node colours now reflect Start/End/Decision automatically, and readiness checks flag disconnected nodes or decisions missing a branch.
Bigger video, everywhere — embedded videos now play larger and centred in both HTML export and Present mode.

True-to-screen annotations & reliable redaction

Redaction & blur really hide content — in every output (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, HTML, Markdown, and the on-screen presenter) — sensitive areas are baked into the image, not just covered.
Annotations look the same everywhere — arrows, pen marks, spotlight, magnify, and stamps now export exactly as you drew them, instead of as a plain box.
Your logo sticks — the company logo is read from your file and persists across restarts.
PowerPoint, one slide per step — matching the polished PDF layout, plus spell-check while you write.

Safer editing — undo/redo that actually works

Undo/redo in text boxes — type in any step box, caption, or table cell and Ctrl+Z undoes it, Ctrl+Y redoes.
Undo no longer loses work — undoing a delete or move used to wipe edits made afterward and bring deleted screens back. Every edit is now tracked, so undo steps back one action at a time.
Drag multiple screens at once — select several items and drag to reorder them together, in one undoable move.

Consistent step numbering across every export

Same step numbers everywhere — PDF, HTML, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown, and Present mode now show identical step numbers.
Restart numbering from any step — begin a fresh 1, 2, 3… sequence wherever you like.
Live export number — the editor shows the exact number a step will have in your exports.
